  2. Premium Oyster Sauce

  3. 2 tbsp Japanese sake

  4. 1 tbsp Corn starch

  5. 2 tsp Sugar

  6. 1/2 tsp

  1. Mix beef with marinade.

  2. Pan-fry beef cubes in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and desired doneness. Turn off heat. Add 2 tbsp Japanese sake and stir well. Put on a serving plate. Top with shredded leek and red chili.
