  1. 50 g butter

  2. 1/2 cup (125 ml) maple syrup

  3. 4 ripe bananas, sliced into thirds on the diagonal

  1. Method : Heat the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add the maple syrup and simmer, stirring, for 2 minutes, or until well combined. Add the banana, stir gently to coat in the sauce and warm through for 5 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
