  1. 3 tablespoons 45ml All purpose flour

  2. 1/3 cup 65g / 2 1/3oz Sugar

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Cinnamon

  4. 3 cups 711ml Peaches - peeled and sliced

  5. 1 Pie crust shell Topping

  6. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Brown sugar

  7. 1/3 cup 20g / 0.7oz All purpose flour

  8. 1/3 cup 20g / 0.7oz Rolled oats

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter - softened

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven and baking sheet to 375F. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon; stir in peaches and toss to coat well. Pour mixture into pie crust. For topping, in a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and rolled oats. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over pie. Bake on preheated baking sheet for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
