  2. 4 lb Round Steak 1/2-inch Thick

  3. 1 c Unbleached Flour

  4. 1 x Milk

  5. 4 T Fat

  6. 1 qt Milk

  7. --STEAK --

  8. 1 c Milk

  9. 1 x Salt & Pepper

  10. --GRAVY --

  11. 4 T Unbleached Flour

  1. Tenderize round steak.

  2. Dip in milk and then flour, salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Fry in deep fat at approcimately 375 Degrees F.

  4. until golden brown.

  5. After steak is done, pour off fat leaving about 4 T in pan.

  6. Add 4 T flour.

  7. Stir until smooth.

  8. Add 1 qt milk.

  9. Stir and cook until until thickened for steak gravy.
