  1. 250g rice flour

  2. 1/2 tsp salt

  3. 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  4. 220ml boiling water

  1. Place the flour and salt in a mixing bowl and stir to combine.

  2. Add the oil and the boiling water and using a spoon, mix to rough dough.

  3. Turn onto a floured surface and knead for at least 5 minutes until it becomes smooth.

  4. If the dough is too sticky knead in more flour.

  5. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and leave for 20 mins.
