  6. 1 pound pasta shells

  7. 2 cups mayonnaise

  8. 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated

  9. 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

  10. 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  11. 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  12. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  13. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  14. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  15. 6 hard boiled eggs -- peeled and chopped

  16. 1 cup mozzarella cheese -- diced

  17. 1 red bell pepper -- coarsely chopped

  18. 4 scallion -- finely chopped

  19. In a large pot of boiling water, cook oasta until tender. Meanwhile, in a large

  20. bowl, blend the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, vinegar, oregano, thyme, salt, pe

  21. pper, and garlic powder. Drain and rinse pasta and add to the mayonnaise mixtur

  22. e; mix wellAdd the chopped eggs, mozzarella cheese, red pepper, and scallion

  23. s. Mix just until combined. Serve immediately, or cover and chill for serveral hours or overnight to blend flavors.
