  1. 1 Deep Dish Pie Shell

  2. 2 Cups Sugar

  3. 2 Cups Water

  4. 6 Tbs Corn Starch

  5. 1 8oz pkg Strawberry Jello

  6. 1 Pint Fresh Strawberries cut into quarters.

  1. Bring sugar, cornstarch, and water to boil on medium heat. Stirring til clear and thick. Remove from burner and, strawberry jello and let cool. Once cool add strawberries and pour into an already baked pie shell. Refridgerate overnight. Serve with Cool Whip
