  2. 6 ounce basket fresh raspberries

  3. 1/4 cup whole milk

  4. 3/4 cup malted milk powder

  5. 1 tbsp. sugar

  6. 1 cup vanilla ice cream

  7. 1 scoop raspberry sorbet

  1. Set aside a few raspberries for garnish. Combine remaining raspberries, milk, malted milk powder and sugar in a blender. Puree until smooth. Add vanilla ice cream and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a malted glass. Top with a scoop of sorbet and garnish with raspberries.
