  1. 1 c Butter, softened

  2. 3/4c Powdered sugar

  3. 1/2ts Almond extract

  4. 2 c Flour

  5. 1/4ts Salt

  6. 1 c Uncooked oats

  7. 1/2c Finely chopped almonds

  1. + Directions : Snow Covered Almond Crescents Heat oven to 325 degrees. Beat butter, sugar, and almond extract until fluffy. Add flour and salt; mix until blended. Stir in oats and almonds. Using level measuring tablespoonsful, shape dough into crescents. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 14-17 minutes until bottoms are light golden brown. Remove to wire rack. Dust warm cookies with powdered sugar.
