  1. 12 Hard-cooked eggs

  2. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Sugarfree mayonnaise

  3. 1/8 cup 5g / 1/5oz Fresh basil leaves - blanched

  4. 1/2 tablespoon 7 1/2ml Freshly-grated parmesan

  5. Salt - to taste

  6. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  1. Peel eggs and cut in half. Place yolks in a food processor with the blanched basil leaves, mayonnaise and cheese. Puree until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  2. Fill egg white halves with filling. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  3. This recipe yields 6 servings; 2 carb grams per serving.
