  1. 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces

  2. 1 large (1 cup) onion, chopped

  3. 2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules

  4. 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic

  5. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  6. 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

  7. 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup

  8. 2 (8-ounce) packages sliced mushrooms

  9. 1 (16-ounce) carton sour cream Noodles Ingredients:

  10. 8 cups hot cooked egg noodles Chopped fresh parsley

  1. Combine all stroganoff ingredients except sour cream and noodles and parsley in slow cooker.

  2. Cover; cook on Low heat setting for 6 to 8 hours, or High heat setting for 4 to 5 hours or until beef is tender.

  3. Stir in sour cream just before serving.

  4. Serve over hot noodles; sprinkle with parsley.
