    1. 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

    2. 1 pkg Beef Hot Dogs , you could use any kind you like, i just like the beef ones, the ball park angus beef reduced fat are my favorites

    3. 2 Eggs

    4. cups Milk

    5. About 1 Tblsp Honey , optional

    1. Make muffins as directed and cook then cut up hot dogs, I cut them into quarters lengthwise and then cut those into about 1/2 inch pieces. Fold hot dog pieces and honey if desired into the batter then bake as directed.

    2. I make mini muffins and bring them to all picnics and pot lucks, they travel very well and even the picky eaters like them (-:

    3. These also freeze well and can be popped into microwave for quick lunch/snacks
