  1. 1-3lb Whole Chicken

  2. 1/3 cup Melted butter

  3. 4 cans Chicken Broth

  4. 2 cups Water

  5. 2-3 cubes Chicken Boullion

  6. 1 pkg Wide egg noodles

  7. Seasonings: McCormick Herb Chicken Seasoning "herb garlic" Garlic salt Morton Seasoning Salt Salt Chicken base with parsley. (use these as desired)

  1. Baste chicken with melted butter. Season with salt, seasoning salt, garlic salt, & herb chicken seasoning. Put chicken in a crock pot and pour in 2 cans of broth. Cook on high for 4 hours until meat falls off the bone. Set chicken off to the side to let cool.

  2. In a large stock pot on medium heat pour in the broth from the crock pot, 2 cans of chicken broth, water, boullion cubes, and chicken base. Bring to a boil, taste, add noodles and cook until noodles are done about 11 minutes. While that is boiling pull apart chicken into bite sized pieces. Lower the heat to medium, add chicken once the noodles are done and heat chicken back up until hot. Bring pot down to a simmer to thicken to likeness. Yield: serves 12 Notes: This recipe you need a Slowcooker and a Stock pot.
