  1. 4 Med onions; peeled and quart

  2. 1/4c Chopped mushrooms

  3. 3 Tomatoes; peeled seeded chop

  4. 1 Clove garlic; mashed through

  5. 1/2ts Sage

  6. 1/2ts Basil

  7. 1 tb Minced celery leaves

  8. 1/4c Defatted chicken or vegetabl

  1. + Directions : Toss all of the ingredients into a round, medium sized casserole dish and combine well. Cover and microwave on full power until the onions are just tender, about 5 minutes. Let the onions stand for 3 minutes before lifting the cover nd serving. The onions are even tastier when reheated and eaten the second day. Great as a side dish to turkey or roast pork.
