  2. Grated mozzarella

  3. 1 Store bought salsa

  4. Olive oil

  1. Remove crusts from bread. Roll out the bread lightly with a rolling pin. Mound some cheese in the center of the bread, and top with salsa. Fold one corner to meet the opposite corner, forming a triangle. Brush with olive oil and bake in a preheated 375 degree oven until golden.
