  3. 9 inch pie crust

  4. 3 large eggs

  5. 1 cup sugar

  6. 1/2 tsp. salt

  7. 2 tbsp. melted butter

  8. 1/2 cup dark corn syrup

  9. 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream

  10. 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  11. 1/4 cup brandy

  12. 1 cup pecan halves

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat together eggs, sugar, salt, butter, corn syrup and cream in a medium bowl. Stir in vanilla, brandy and pecans. Pour into prepared pie shell and place on a sheet pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes until filling is set and crust is golden brown. Cool.
