  2. Title: Pasta With Szechuan Spiced Shrimp

  5. 1/4 lb Spinach leaves

  6. 1/4 c Chinese chili paste

  7. 2 Tomatoes

  8. 1 lb Dry or fresh penne

  9. 16 lg Shrimp

  10. : (or fettucine

  11. 2 TB Olive oil

  12. : or other pasta -- cooked

  13. 2 Garlic cloves

  14. 1/2 c Butter -- cut into : pieces

  15. Rinse spinach and remove stems. Peel and seed

  16. tomatoes. Chop roughly. Clean and devein shrimp. Set

  17. aside. Heat olive oil in skillet. Add garlic. Saute a

  18. few seconds. Add shrimp and chili paste. Cook until

  19. shrimp turn pink. Set aside. Arrange hot cooked pasta

  20. on serving platter or individual plates. Arrange

  21. shrimp over pasta. Saute spinach and tomatoes in half

  22. of butter until tender. Stir in remaining butter, bit

  23. by bit, until all butter in pan is melted. Pour equal

  24. amounts of spinach-tomato-butter mixture over pasta.
