  9. 13 oz Can Pet Evaporated milk

  10. 1 1/2 Slices bread,cubed

  11. 5 Eggs

  12. 2 c Cheddar cheese,grated

  13. Salt and pepper to taste.

  14. Prepare evening before.Cook sausage & drain thoroughly

  15. on paper towels.Beat the eggs & evaporated milk

  16. slightly.Add sausage,cubed bread & cheddar cheese.Pour

  17. into 9 x 9 casserole.Cover with foil.Refrigerate

  18. overnight.Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until firm

  19. in a preheated 350 degree oven. Onions,green peppers &

  20. mushrooms can also be added. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
