  1. 1/2 cup 118ml Soy sauce

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Vegetable oil

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Red wine vinegar

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Oregano

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Sweet basil

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Garlic powder with parsley

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Black pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients. Pour over chicken pieces in a non-metal dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning pieces occasionally. Use marinade to baste chicken while barbequing.
