  1. 1/2 litre - Milk (Boiled)

  2. 5 cup corn (sweet)

  3. 2 - Onions

  4. 4 tbsp - Butter

  5. 4 slices - Cheese

  6. 3 - Green Chilli

  7. 2 - Capsicum (large)

  8. Salt to taste.

  9. Chilli powder to taste.

  1. First chop the onions and capcicum into small pieces.

  2. Boil the sweet corn in a cooker and keep it ready.

  3. Take a frying pan and add butter to it. Let it melt. Now add chopped onions and capcicum to it. Let it fry little , then add milk to it and and let it boil.

  4. Add the boiled corn to it and let it mix for 5 minutes.

  5. Now add 3 cheese slices to it along with salt and chilli powder . Keep it till the chesses melts.

  6. Take off from the stove in liquid state only (because milk ti tens later) and garnish it with green chillies and a cheese slice.

  7. Serves 4-5 people easily.

  8. Good combination for all kinds of Indian Breads.
