  1. 4 cups thawed cut green beans

  2. 2 chopped onions

  3. 3 seeded, diced tomatoes

  4. 2 tablespoons salsa

  5. 2 minced garlic cloves

  6. teaspoon salt

  7. teaspoon black pepper

  8. Additional salt and black pepper to taste

  9. Vegetable oil for cooking

  10. Place beans in pot, cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduced heat to a simmer and cook beans until tender. In a skillet, saut onions and garlic in oil until softened. Add Tomatoes, salsa, garlic, salt and pepper to onions. Stir and heat through. Drain beans and place in serving dish with salsa mixture. Stir together and serve hot.
