  1. 4 Boneless - skinless chicken

  2. Halves - (about 1, pound)

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Margarine or butter

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Water

  5. 1 Strained - peas (baby food) (4 1/2 ounces)

  6. 2/3 cup 61g / 2 1/5oz Cranberries

  7. 2 cups 320g / 11oz Hot cooked brown rice

  8. 1 Green onion - (with top), sliced

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Crumbled feta cheese - (1, ounce)

  1. Heat margarine in 10-inch skillet until hot. Cook chicken in margarine until brown on both sides. Add water. Spoon pears over chicken. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

  2. Sprinkle cranberries over chicken. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes longer or until chicken is done. Serve with rice. Sprinkle with onion and cheese.
