  3. 2 cups milk or 1cup milk

  4. 1 cup water

  5. 3 hard cooked ggs

  6. 1/4 pound chipped beef cut fine Pinch salt

  1. How to make it Melt butter blend in flour add milk stir over direct heat untill sauce boils and thickens add quartered hard cooked eggs and chipped beef then place over boiling water untill heated throughly add salt if requried Serve on hot toast 5 servings
