  1. 1 tablespoon 15ml Minced garlic

  2. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Tomatoes - peeled & chopped

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Oil

  4. 5 oz 142g Prosciutto - minced

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Black pepper

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Ground oregano

  7. 12 oz 340g Spaghetti - cooked & drained Chopped parsley Grated parmesan cheese

  1. Recipe Instructions Saute garlic and tomatoes in hot oil in skillet until tender, about 5 minutes. Add prosciutto, pepper and oregano. Reduce heat and simmer until ingredients are blended, about 2 to 3 minutes. Toss with spaghetti and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
