  5. 2 tb Red bean paste

  6. 2 tb Powdered red cayenne pepper

  7. 2 tb Soy sauce

  8. 1 ts Sugar

  9. Red bean paste is particularly tasty served with fresh

  10. scallions and radishes or added to some soups. Korean

  11. kochu chang may be pruchased at many Oriental food

  12. stores. If it is not available, Japanese miso sauce

  13. may be substituted. This recipe is for a more pungent

  14. kochu chang than that which comes directly from the

  15. jar.

  16. 1. Mix all the ingredients well. Serve in a small dish

  17. for dipping.
