  1. 2 c Lima beans, fresh; about 

  2. 1lb 

  3. 1/2 c Cream, whipping

  4. 4 c Corn, fresh; cut from cob 

  5. 1/2 ts Salt

  6. 8 ears 

  7. 1/8 ts Pepper

  8. 3 tb Butter (or marg.)

  1. Cook beans in boiling salted water about 15 minutes or until almost tender;

  2. drain. Add corn, butter, whipping cream, salt, and pepper; mix well. cook over low heat, stirring often, 7 to 10 minutes, or until corn is done.
