  1. 2 cup(s) (hot brewed) coffee , can substitute hot water 1 cup(s) oat-bran hot cereal , such as Hodgson Mill or similar brand 1 cup(s) (complete) pancake mix , such as Aunt Jemima or other just-add-water type

  1. Preheat griddle pan or large nonstick skillet over medium heat and mist lightly with fat-free cooking spray.

  2. Pour hot coffee into medium bowl. Mix in oat-bran cereal with wire whisk, just until smooth.

  3. Add pancake mix and whisk, just until smooth. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. Batter will be thick.

  4. Ladle batter onto griddle (about � cup per pancake), using bottom of ladle to spread evenly. Flip when bubbles are throughout pancake or bottom is getting brown, about 1 minute for the first side and 30 seconds on the second side.
