  8. 3 cn chow mein noodles -- large

  10. 5 c gravy -- ** see note

  11. 3 c celery -- diced

  12. 10 green onions -- sliced

  13. 16 oz pineapple chunks in juice --

  14. : drained

  15. 2 c cheddar cheese -- shredded

  16. 1 c toasted almonds -- slivered

  17. 1 1/2 c toasted coconut

  18. 1 c black olives -- chopped

  19. Broiler-fryer chickens. Cook, skin, bone and cut into bite-sized pieces. ** Use chicken gravy or combination of broth, chicken soup and gravy.

  20. Heat chicken and gravy together. Place in pretty

  21. serving or chafing dish. Place other items in a

  22. decorative fashion on buffet table. Guests can build

  23. their own salads using these ingredients. This can be

  24. made in advance and stored separately, ready to

  25. assemble when needed.
