  1. Bring water and Lee Kum Kee Satay Base For Hot Pot to the boil. Add meatballs and Chinese kale. Cook for about 3 minutes until done. Take out and keep warm. Add udon noodles and heat through. Put noodles and soup on 3 serving bowls. Arrange meatballs and Chinese kale on top.
