  7. 1/2 tsp sweet basil

  8. 1/4 tsp black pepper

  9. 3 tbls flour

  10. 1 tbls sugar

  11. 1 tbls sal

  12. 1 1 lb can of tomato es

  13. 1 c burgandy

  1. Put meat and all veggies into a heavy casserole. Sprinkle with basil and pepper. Combine flour, sugar, and salt and sprinkle over meat and veggies. Pour in tomatoes and wine. Break up tomatoes. Cover and bake 4 hours at 325.
