  3. 3 tablespoons sugar

  4. 3 tablespoons tequila

  5. 1 tablespoon lime zest -- finely grated

  6. 1 tablespoon orange zest -- finely grated

  7. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  8. 3 tablespoons ground almonds

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and blend well. Cover and chill several hours. This is even better when made the day before. Serve with fresh sliced fruit or berries.

  2. Note: A light dessert after Mexican food or on a warm day. Keeps at least a week in the refrigerator.
