  1. 1 Eggo Waffle

  2. 2 large eggs

  3. 1 tablespoon milk

  4. 1 tablespoon cheddar cheese

  5. 1/2 teaspoon butter

  6. 1 tablespoon of your favorite

  1. In a bowl crack the two large eggs add the milk. Beat with a fork or whisk until well combined. Heat a skillet over a medium-low flame. Melt 1/2 tbsp. of butter in a skillet. Pour the beaten egg mixture into the skillet. Let the eggs cook undisturbed until they begin to set, then stir them off the bottom of the pan gently. Add cheddar cheese. At this time toast the Eggo Waffle. Continue cooking and stirring the eggs until they are the consistency you like. Top the eggs on the toasted Eggo Waffle and top the eggs with the salsa.
