Orange Cakes

Using a sharp knife, cut off the top 1/4 of the orange. Use a tablespoon to scrape out the contents of the orange, making sure you do not puncture the skin. Use the orange bits for a fruit salad or puree for juice! Mix up the cake mix as directed. Spoon 1/3 cup or so into the orange. Carefully wrap it in heavy duty foil. Place it in the coals for about 15- 20 minutes, check for doneness.The orange cake can be eaten directly out of the orange.
