  7. 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  8. 1 teaspoon sugar

  9. 1 teaspoon salt

  10. 1 package fast acting yeast

  11. 1 cup water

  12. 2 tablespoons oil

  13. 1 egg

  14. 3 tablespoons olive -- plus

  15. 1 tablespoon

  16. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary OR 1 teaspoon dried basil -- crushed

  17. Grease cookie sheet. In large bowl, combine 1 cup flour, sugar, salt and yeast; mix well. In small saucepan, heat water and oil until very warm

  18. 120* to

  19. low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at medium spread. By hand,

  20. stir in an additional 1 3/4 cup flour until dough pulls away from sides

  21. of bowl. On floured surface, knead in 3/4 cup flour until dough is

  22. 5 minutes. Cover with large bowl; let rest

  23. Place dough on greased cookie sheet. Roll or press to 12-in circle. Cover loosely with greased plastic wrap and cloth towel. Let rise in

  24. 80* to

  25. minutes.

  26. Heat over to 400*F. Uncover dough. With fingers or handle of wooden

  27. 1 inch intervals. Drizzle

  28. 3 to

  29. tablespoons olive oil over top of dough. Sprinkle evenly with rosemary.

  30. 400*F for 17 to 27 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately
