  3. 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  4. 1 1/2 tablespoons flour

  5. 1 pint sour cream

  6. 3 tablespoons olives -- stuffed, chopped

  7. 1 teaspoon celery salt

  8. 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  9. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  10. 1/4 teaspoon thyme

  11. 1 tablespoon dillweed -- fresh

  12. lemon wedges

  1. A Finalist in the 5th National Farm-Raised Catfish Cooking Contest Place cleaned, washed, dried fish in a greased baking dish. Combine mayonnaise and flour; add sour cream, olives, celery salt, paprika, pepper and thyme. Spread sauce over fish. Sprinkle with dillweed.
