  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Ground beef

  2. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Minced onion

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Milk

  4. 1 Egg - slightly beaten

  5. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Quick-cooking oats

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Salt

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Coarsely ground pepper

  8. Kitchen bouquet

  9. 1 cup 237ml Spaghetti sauce - , any flavor 1 Kidney beans - (8 oz)

  1. In a large bowl, completely mix together ground beef, onion, milk, egg, oats, salt and pepper. Mound mixture into a 10-inch skillet, and shape into a loaf. Brush top lightly with Kitchen Bouquet.

  2. In a small bowl, combine spaghetti sauce and kidney beans with liquid. Pour sauce over meat loaf, and simmer uncovered on top of stove 20-25 minutes for until done. Makes 6 servings. MasterCook formatted by Ethel Snyder
