  1. 2 Eggs

  2. 2 c Quick-cooking or rolled oats

  3. 12 oz Can evaporated milk

  4. 1 c Chopped onion

  5. 2 ts Salt

  6. 1/2 ts Pepper

  7. 3 lb Lean ground beef

  8. Sauce: 2 c Ketchup

  9. 1 1/2 c Brown sugar

  10. 1/2 c Chopped onion

  11. 1 t Liquid smoke

  12. 1/2 ts Garlic powder

  13. 1 1/2" balls. Place in two

  14. 13x9x2" baking pans. Bake, uncovered, at

  15. 375 degrees

  1. for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and drain. Place all of the meatballs in one of the pans. In a saucepan, bring all sauce ingredients to a boil. Pour over meatballs.
