  2. 1 Cauliflower - separated

  3. 4 oz 113g Butter

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Salt

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lemon juice

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Basil

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Oregano

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Onion - chopped

  10. 3 tablespoons 45ml Zucchini - sliced

  11. 1/2" thick (medium)

  12. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Parmesan cheese - grated

  1. In large skillet cook cauliflowerets in boiling salted water about 5 minutes or until just tender. Pour off water and remove cauliflower. Melt butter in skillet; stir in salt, pepper, lemon juice, basil, oregano, and onion. Add zucchini and cauliflower.

  2. Cover and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes or until zucchini is tender. Remove from heat and toss with cheese
