  1. 100 grams shrimp, shelled and deveined

  2. 2 tsp sugar

  3. 1 Tbsp soy sauce

  4. 1/2 Tbsp cooking wine

  5. 1/2 Tbsp oil

  6. 1/2 Tbsp spring onions, chopped

  7. 1/2 Tbsp ginger, julienned

  1. Mix together sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine, spring onions and ginger.

  2. Put oil in a pan. Saute shrimp in oil until it begins to become pink.

  3. Add the prepared sauce, making sure to saute quickly to coat the shrimp well.
