  5. 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, cool room temperature

  6. 1 1/2 cups sugar

  7. 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter, cool room temperature

  8. 3 large eggs, lightly whipped, cool room temperature

  9. 3/4 cup buttermilk

  10. 1 cup sugar

  11. 1/2 cup water

  12. 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

  13. 1 cup oil roasted, skinned peanuts, chopped

  14. 2 cups creamy peanut butter, cold

  15. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold

  16. 1 cup powdered sugar

  17. 2 teaspoons vanilla

  18. 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

  19. 1/2 cup heavy cream, cold

  20. 3 firm, barely ripe bananas, peeled, and cut into 24, 1/4-inch-thick slices on a slight diagonal.

  21. 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

  22. 1 cup sugar (you may not need the entire amount)
