  1. 1 Pound lean ground beef

  2. 1/2 Large Bottle Pacante Salsa

  3. 1 Medium onion-chopped

  4. 1 Small Can chopped green chilies..optional

  5. 1 Pound Velvetta cheese

  6. 1 Can cream of mushroom soup -- (10 3/4 oz.)

  1. Preparation : Brown ground beef and onion; add seasoning if desired (a little taco seasoning from McCormicks). Drain. Add to meat the soup and cheese. Stir over mondrate heat until cheese is melted. Stir in salsa and green chilies. Serve warm with tortilla chips. Serving suggestions: Serve in a crock pot or fondue.
