  1. 1 1/2 cups honey

  2. 1 cup oil

  3. 3 cups cooked -- mashed pumpkin

  4. 1 cup raisins or dates

  5. 1 cup nuts or seeds

  6. 1 teaspoon salt

  7. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  8. 1 teaspoon cloves

  9. 3 teaspoons baking powder

  10. 2 cups unbleached flour

  11. 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

  12. 1/2 cup wheat germ

  1. Preparation : Combine honey with oil and pumpkin. Add raisins, nuts, salt, baking powder and spices. Mix well. Stir in flour and wheat germ. Spoon mixture into 3 greased loaf pans or coffee cans; bake at 35OF for 1 hour.
