  1. 1 lb. lean ground beef Cracked black pepper or seasoned herb mix

  2. 4 slices mozzarella cheese

  3. 2 kinds lettuce leaves or other salad greens

  4. 4 whole grain rolls

  5. 4 roasted peppers

  6. 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

  1. Combine ground beef with pepper or herb mix and shape into four 1/2-inch thick patties. Place patties on grill over medium coals and grill to desired doneness, turning once. Top with mozzarella at the last minute. To serve, arrange lettuce on rolls, top with burger, peppers and blue cheese. Makes 4 servings.
