  3. 2 garlic cloves -- pressed

  4. 1 Medium Apple, Peeled -- Grated

  5. 1/2 Cup finely chopped green pepper

  6. 2 Teaspoons curry powder

  7. 1/2 Teaspoon powdered ginger

  8. 1/4 Teaspoon cumin

  9. 1 Teaspoon salt

  10. 3 Tablespoons flour

  11. 1 1/2 Cups chicken broth

  12. 2 1/2 Cups chopped -- cooked chicken

  13. 1 Cup plain yogurt

  14. 2 Ounces Raisins

  15. 2 Ounces Unsalted Peanuts

  1. Preparation : Place oil, onion, garlic, apple and green pepper in a 3 quart casserole. Microwave at high (100%) 4 minutes. Mix curry, ginger, cumin, salt and flour. Add flour mixture to vegetables= , tossing to coat Add broth and chicken. Microwave at medium high (70%) unt= il sauce is thickened, 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in yogurt just before serving. Add peanuts and raisins, and stir again. Serve over either white or brown rice. Makes 6 servings.
