  1. 1 small baguette

  2. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  3. 6 slices lean roast beef (see tip)

  4. 6 leaves oak leaf lettuce

  5. 1/2 cup (75g) chargrilled capsicum

  1. Photography: Tanya Zouev 1. Halve baguette lengthways. Remove some of soft centre.

  2. Spread mustard evenly over bread cavity. Layer beef, lettuce and capsicum in bread cavity until full. Replace top.

  3. Cut baguette in half then wrap firmly in baking paper and secure with string.
