  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Freshly ground pepper

  6. 1/3 cup 78ml Water

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Worcestershire sauce

  8. 1/3 cup 78ml Red wine vinegar

  9. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Unsalted butter - cut in bits

  1. Recipe Instructions In a medium saucepan, combine the dry ingredients with the water. Heat to boiling; remove from heat. Add the Worcestershire sauce and vinegar. Stir in the butter. Makes about 1-1/4 cups.
