  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cornmeal

  3. 2 3/4 cups 651ml Sliced oyster mushroom caps (about 3 3/4 ounces)

  4. 2 3/4 cups 651ml Sliced cremini mushrooms

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Shallots - thinly sliced

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried italian seasoning

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  8. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Grated fresh parmesan cheese

  9. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Shredded fontina or swiss cheese (1 ounce)

  1. Recipe Instructions Almost any combination of mushrooms can be used to top this pizza.

  2. Preheat oven to 5002. Roll dough into a 13 x 9-inch rectangle; place on a baking sheet sprinkled with cornmeal. Arrange sliced mushrooms and shallots over dough. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and pepper; top with cheeses. Bake at 500F for 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
