  2. Salad:

  3. 4 cups shredded green cabbage

  4. 1 large red bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and diced

  5. 2 small carrots, peeled and shredded

  6. Dressing:

  7. 1/2 cup prepared mayonnaise

  8. 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt

  9. 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar

  10. 1/2 tsp. pepper

  11. 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves

  12. 1/2 tsp. salt

  1. For Salad:

  2. Toss together cabbage, bell pepper and carrots in a large bowl. Pour dressing over and toss to coat.

  3. For Dressing:

  4. Stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, pepper, cilantro and salt in a small bowl until smooth.
