  1. for the Meringue Cake Layers

  2. 3 egg yolks

  3. 1/2 cup (100 g) butter

  4. 150 g sugar

  5. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  6. 1 tablespoon vinegar

  7. 3 tablespoons sour cream

  8. Salt to taste

  9. 1/2 cup (150 g) flour

  11. 100 g meringue

  12. 1 tablespoon sour cream

  13. 1 cup sugar

  14. 200 g strawberry

  15. 50 g pine nuts

  16. 50 g peanut

  1. of Meringue Cake with Strawberry Beat the yolks with the sugar until white foam.

  2. Add soft butter and sour cream.

  3. Beat everything well.

  4. Mix baking soda with vinegar and add to the mixture.

  5. Put the flour and beat with a mixer at a medium speed.

  6. Beat until thick pastry .

  7. Coat a cake pan with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or dust with flour.

  8. Spread the pastry evenly.

  9. Bake in a preheated oven at the medium temperature for 30 minutes. Check doneness not to overcook.

  10. To make cream, beat sour cream with sugar.

  11. When the cake layer is done, let it cool.

  12. Then cut in half.

  13. Put the meringues (you can break them) close to each other on one half of the cake layer.

  14. Sprinkle with pine nuts and spread the cream over.

  15. Place the other half of the cake layer on top and spread the cream onto it.

  16. Top with strawberries and the meringues.

  17. Coat the edges with the cream and encrust with peanuts and strawberries.

  18. Let stand in refrigerator for 4 hours.
