  1. 1/3 cup Marinara sauce

  2. 4 Anchovy fillets -- chop

  3. teaspoon Garlic -- minced

  4. 1 12" pizza crust

  5. cup Parmesan; grated -- divided

  6. 1 tablespoon Olive oil

  7. 1 tablespoon Mayo

  8. 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice

  9. 14 teaspoons Garlic; minced

  10. teaspoon Pepper

  11. 4 cups Romaine lettuce

  12. Leaves -- torn

  1. Preheat oven to 450~. Combine sauce, fillets and garlic. Spread evenly over crust. Sprinkle with ¼ c Parmesan. Bake 10 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile combine olive oil, mayo and lemon juice until smooth. Stir in garlic and pepper. Add lettuce and ¼ c Parmesan cheese; toss to coat. Spoon on hot pizza. Serve with extra Parmesan, if desired. Per Slice: 220 Cal, 2 gr Fat.
